Birth Support
A birth doula is a trained and certified professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to the mother before, during, and just after birth. Studies have shown that when a doula attends a birth, labor is shorter with fewer complications, the baby is healthier, and they breastfeed more easily.
